Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Your Right to Cancel – Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason – you can simply change your mind (though we are always interested).

To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Return Postage Costs

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Original Delivery Charges

If you return your whole order within the cancellation period, we will refund the original delivery charge you paid (if any). However, if you’re only returning part of the order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be:

  • In resaleable condition

  • In their original packaging

The following items must remain sealed to be eligible for return:

  • Tarot cards must still be in their original, sealed wrapping

  • Wax melts must be unopened and unused

If items arrive back to us damaged, unsealed, or in a non-resaleable condition, we may refuse a refund or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at crimsonchamberofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm the return and provide the return address.

  3. Package your item securely and post it back to us within 14 days.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or we’ve sent you the wrong thing (oops!), please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it quickly – at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive faulty:

  • Digital downloads (e.g. printable guides, downloadable artwork, etc.)

    Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Personalised or made-to-order items

    This includes products such as Lucky Dip Tarot Readings or any custom, one-of-a-kind pieces. As they are made just for you, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please double-check your order before confirming — especially if you’re ordering something bespoke or digital!
