Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all magical parcels within 2–3 working days of your order. If there’s ever a delay (such as during a full moon or sudden dragon attack), we’ll let you know straight away.

Shipping Costs (UK Only) Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Flat rate: £3.00 for the first item – we are therefore trying to help with the cost of single items as Royal Mail Tracked 48 starts at £3.45

  • + £1.00 for each additional item in the same order

  • All items are carefully packaged to arrive safely and in style

  • If your order is likely to cost less to post such as a Tarot Luck Dip it may have a lower flat rate.

If your order is especially large, we may combine packaging to keep things neat — but your shipping cost stays the same, as calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive in 2–4 working days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or a similar service depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

International Shipping

We don’t currently offer international shipping via the website — but if you’re outside the UK and have your heart set on something, feel free to email us and we’ll see what we can do.
